- Project Title: “Sustainable Remediation of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil with Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria and Napier Grass: Molecular Mechanisms and Biotechnological Approaches”
- Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Government of India (PM Early Career Research Grant – PM ECRG Scheme)
- Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in microbiology and molecular biology techniques.
- Experience in plant–microbe interaction studies and biomass valorization.
- Prior work experience in R&D (academic institutions or industry).
- Preference will be given to candidates qualified in JRF-NET.

- Maximum 30 years as of 30th October 2025.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates as per Government norms.

- Fellowship Details
- ₹ 37,000/- + HRA per month for candidates qualified in CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship), GATE, or equivalent.
- ₹ 30,000/- + HRA per month for candidates not meeting the above criteria.
