Position Details
- Job Posting: Senior Research Fellow
- Project: Marker-assisted pyramiding of Ascochyta blight and Fusarium wilt disease resistance into chickpea mega varieties and fine mapping for Fusarium wilt
- Required Qualifications for the SRF Job: M.Sc/M.Tech. degree in any Biological Sciences with 2 years of research experience and proficiency in molecular biology and recombinant DNA techniques.
- Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with research experience in Plant-Pathogen Interactions, Functional Genomics, Molecular Breeding, Gene Pyramiding, Chickpea Transformation, QTL mapping, Bioinformatics, etc., will be preferred.
- Emolument: Rs 42,000 + 27% HRA
