The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, invites applications for the contractual JRF vacancies for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

- Project Title: Integrating Millets and Almonds/Almond Flour in School Meals: A Sustainable Approach to Enhancing Nutrition in Private Schools in India
Position Details:
- Job Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance)
- Emoluments: ₹37,000 + 10% HRA per month
Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition / Food Science and Technology / Food Technology and Management or allied sciences.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in product development and analysis
- Knowledge of food fortification
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled as per Government of India rules).
