Experience: Minimum 1 year of industry experience in Bioinformatics (Human Sample/Wet Lab)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Bioinformatics

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret NGS and other genomic data derived from human samples.
• Perform quality control (QC), data preprocessing, alignment, variant calling, and annotation using established bioinformatics pipelines.
• Work closely with wet lab scientists to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reproducibility.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain bioinformatics tools, pipelines, and databases.
• Collaborate with researchers to design and implement custom analyses for genomic studies.
• Prepare reports, data visualizations, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in bioinformatics and genomics.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with human genomic datasets and wet lab coordination.
• Familiarity with NGS data formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF) and bioinformatics tools (BWA, GATK, SAMtools, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A passion for genomics research and precision medicine.
