Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fermentation Supervisor (Biotechnology) to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in microbiology, fermentation processes, and bioprocess technology. This role offers an excellent opportunity for biotechnology or life science graduates to build a hands-on career in industrial fermentation and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily fermentation operations.
• Maintain aseptic conditions during fermentation and downstream processing.
• Monitor and record fermentation parameters such as pH, temperature, DO, and agitation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to ensure product consistency.
• Handle cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of fermenters and related equipment.
• Prepare daily production and batch reports.
• Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of fermentation processes.
Requirements:
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of fermentation
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
