About the Field Biologist Job Role:
The candidates hired for the Associate Field Biologist/Field Biologist/Sr. Field Biologist Job will be responsible for carrying out Pest Audits of Branch Large / HD Customers and Key national customers in various segments. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for the Field Biologist Job:
- At Rentokil PCI, as a field biologist you have to conduct pest audits for global and key designated accounts, including food and pharma units, warehouses, large retailers, and branch accounts.
- Ensure on-time completion and submission of all audits with reports per contract agreements.
- Share audit results with customers and internally within 24 hours.
- In this Field Biologist Job, you have to support branch teams in streamlining documentation at global, NK, and LA customer sites.
- Generate service leads through audit recommendations.
- Conduct TPA for technicians and surprise visits at assigned accounts.
- Candidates getting hired for the Field Biologist Job role have to identify improvement areas for site technicians and promote better service leads.
- Understand pest identification, life cycle, morphology, and habitat of uncommon pests.
- Comply with food standards, SOPs, SHE, and ATEX L2 regulations.
Requirements and Skills for the Field Biologist Job:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Entomology, Agro-Chemicals & Pest Management.
- Completion of RPCI’s BPM-2/CBU/IPM/L2 Training Program (internal candidates).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling HD accounts.
- Excellent computer, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, negotiate, and travel extensively.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Key Result Areas for this Field Biologist Job:
- Achieve 100% audit completion per iCABS PMI frequency.
- Generate at least one service lead per audited site.
- Complete TPA and develop assigned technicians.
- Build relationships with NKA customers and promote Heat & CO2 treatment.
