Key Responsibilities for the Executive – Biotechnology Job:
- The Executive – R&D Biotechnology will be responsible for developing and validating HPLC-based methods for protein and peptide products.
- Develop and implement analytical methods using RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, N-Glycan, CEX-HPLC, and related tools.
- Design and execute strategies to assess product-related variants and impurities.
- In this R&D Job, you have to characterize process-related impurities, including Host Cell Proteins (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD), and leachables during different stages of product development.
- Qualify methods for all pipeline products.
- Conduct routine in-process sample analysis.
- Prepare and review Method Development Reports (MDR), Method Qualification Reports (MQR), and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP).
- Operate and maintain analytical laboratories in compliance with GLP regulations.
- Manage and respond to regulatory queries.
- Draft technical content for regulatory dossiers.
Requirements for the
Executive – Biotechnology Job:- Education: M.Sc in Biotechnology or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years in analytical method development or biopharma R&D
