Educational Requirements for the CRA Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and local regulatory requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities for the CRA Job:
- Oversee the progress of clinical trials to ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and initiate potential investigator sites for clinical studies.
- Conduct pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits as per guidelines.
- Review site activities and ensure data quality and patient safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders.
- Support regulatory submissions, ethics committee documentation, and site training.
- Manage multiple protocols across different therapeutic areas, ensuring timely project execution.
- Participate in audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to GCP standards.
Skills Required for the CRA Job:
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical research experience, including at least one year of monitoring experience.
- Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
- Proficiency in data management systems and digital monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% as required by project scope.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
