CRA Job Overview:
Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the studies and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements and unleash your Clinical Research Careers.
Educational Requirements for this CRA Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities for this CRA Job:
- Conduct site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out) according to GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Track and support subject recruitment plans.
- Administer protocol and study training to assigned sites.
- Evaluate site practices for quality, compliance, and protocol adherence.
- Manage study progress: regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, data query resolution, and start-up support.
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation.
- Generate visit reports, follow-up letters, and other study documentation.
- Collaborate with study team members and support site financial management if applicable.
Skills Required for this CRA Job:
- Minimum 1 year of on-site monitoring experience.
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organizational, problem-solving, time, and financial management skills.
- Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
