About the Operation Program Specialist Role:
The candidates getting hired as Operation Program Specialist will support Operations by managing the communication, reporting and management of the scheduling, data inventory and deliverables of the business. This
clinical research job will work cross-functionally with all departments supporting the business to ensure deliverables are met on-time and to help resolve any bottlenecks in the process flow. This role will also generate and provide operations-based reports to the operations teams which include but are not limited to: aged data inventory, delivery schedules, milestone updates, delivery performance metrics and daily operations status reports. The Operation Program Specialist may also provide additional support to Operations by handling special projects and external resource management.Company Overview:

Educational Requirements for the Operation Program Specialist Role:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Life Sciences or related field).
- Equivalent education or relevant work experience will also be considered.
Relevant Work Experience:
- One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred
- Minimum of one to three years in a client facing role
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Operation Program Specialist Role:
- Develop, implement, and manage core communication processes for inventory, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Generate and manage operations-based reports, including delivery schedules, milestone updates, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations management to establish and maintain performance metrics for the Image Analysis department.
- Support capacity and resource planning for external technical resources.
- Identify and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Represent Image Analysis and Operations in internal and external meetings.
- Manage special projects and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Support planning, process updates, and operational timelines for ongoing projects.
Skills Required for Operation Program Specialist Role:
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated professional.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research operations preferred.
