Education and Experience Requirements CRA Role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data.
- 1–4 years of experience in onsite clinical monitoring.
Key Responsibilities of CRA Role:
- In this Clinical Research job, you have to coordinate and monitor all clinical study activities independently.
- Prepare and maintain study status reports and essential documentation.
- Handle sponsor-generated queries efficiently and ensure cost-effective study management.
- Participate in feasibility studies and documentation reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ICON procedures and regulatory requirements for patient safety.
Skills Required for CRA Role:
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 60% (domestic and international).
- Valid driver’s license required.
