Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences disciplines; Master’s or PhD in Toxicology or related research experience.
- Familiarity with chemical properties, biological systems, and substance interactions with living organisms.
- Background in toxicological research, cellular, and molecular biology processes, with basic pathology knowledge.
- Strong scientific research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software tools.

Job Description:
Clarivate is seeking a STEM Content Specialist in Toxicology for a Specialist Job at Clarivate. This role supports MetaBase, a database powering multiple products and services. The Systems Biology team operates across Spain and India, and this position reports to the Systems Biology Team Manager. Candidates with experience in Laboratory Research Jobs, toxicology, and systems biology will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze scientific literature to define adverse chemical effects on living organisms.
- Serve as a Toxicology expert within the department, guiding colleagues in interpreting scientific information.
- Identify and resolve subject matter and production issues proactively.
- Verify colleagues’ and external contributors’ work for accuracy, completeness, and proper organization in the Systems Biology database.
- Support automated workflows and suggest improvements across Systems Biology processes.
- Use SQL queries to detect and correct database errors according to editorial policies.
- Maintain and update scientific knowledge and skills relevant to Laboratory Research Jobs.
