Qualifications:
B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences
Experience:
2–6 years in Analysis, Verification, and Validation of Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs), Peptides and other therapeutic antibodies.
Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in BioAssay techniques including ELISA, cell-based assays, and potency testing

Strong understanding of analytical methods for mAbs characterization

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, EP) and GMP documentation

Experience with LIMS and electronic data systems.
