Essential Qualifications: Masters in Science or B.Tech in Computer or Biotechnology or Bioinformatics
Basic Salary: 56000/- pm + HRA 30%

Work Description:
For ICMR (CAR) Project “CURE-SCA12 (Spinocerebellar ataxia type12): Multi-omics approaches to uncover molecular and cellular disruptions specific to SCA12. work involves generating and analyzing high-throughput omics data, spanning human genomics, bulk and single-cell transcriptomics (scRNA-seq), and other related modalities.
Desirable Qualification: Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Computational Science and/or Bioinformatics; ≥2 years’ relevant experience with evidence of scientific output (≥1 first-author paper or ≥2 co-authored papers with substantial data analytics contribution). Experience in high-end data analytics of Human NGS data, WGS, WES, RNA sequencing, Single cell RNA sequencing and other OMICS tools. Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language, evidenced by analytics pipelines or published tools. Candidates with demonstrable experience in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) are encouraged to apply.

Human Biological samples collection and processing for DNA RNA analysis, other molecular biology techniques such as RTPCR, Western Blot, ELISA, genotyping of samples, metagenome sequencing, Microbiome analysis

Minimum two years of research experience. Proficient in molecular biology techniques including, but not limited to PCR, qRT-PCR, basic knowledge of genomics experimental & bioinformatic tools, working in collaborative research environment.
