As a Diagnostic Executive, you will contribute to Oncology Diagnostics initiatives in the assigned territory, ensuring seamless access to diagnostic testing. Key Responsibilities for this Diagnostic Executive Testing Role:
- Identify barriers to cancer biomarker testing and implement tactical plans to improve adoption of Oncology Diagnostics.
- Monitor testing rates, test failures, and laboratory performance in the territory.
- Build strong relationships with pathologists, molecular diagnostics suppliers, HCPs, and thought leaders.
- Develop robust testing facilities and address bottlenecks in testing processes.
- Provide insights to core medical teams to shape local strategies for Oncology Diagnostics.
- Apply strategic key account management skills to optimize testing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with diagnostics teams, brand teams, and core medical teams.
- Engage externally with oncologists, pathologists, diagnostic partners, and professional associations.
