Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree in Plant Pathology.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a seed health laboratory.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, demonstrate proactivity, and implement strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- For these Agricultural Jobs, you have to plan and execute seed health testing using protocols defined by global platform functions.
- Manage resources including laboratory chemicals, supplies, and instrument maintenance, calibration, and validation.
- Coordinate with production, technology, crop quality, and inventory teams for annual sample estimation and scheduling.

- Sustain QMS, EMS, ETS, and laboratory management systems.
- Drive operational excellence and cost reduction in seed health testing.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce testing costs.
Key Working Relations:
- Internal: ININ and INEX production, foundation seed, stock seed, operations, and commercial teams.
- External: Vendors, HSE, QMS, and site services.
