Job Purpose
The selected candidate for this Syngene Biological Sciences Job will be responsible for performing ligand binding assays, bioanalysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role demands strong scientific skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative research setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bioanalysis related to Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Study Directors, QC, and QA teams for data review, report closure, and compliance.
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain accurate assay logbooks.
- Interpret experimental results, troubleshoot assay-related issues, and contribute to discussions.
- Support ligand binding assay development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Uphold EHS standards and attend mandatory safety training sessions.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry preferred) or a related field.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong foundation in Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays with regulatory knowledge (OECD, FDA, EMA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Hands-on experience in Ligand Binding Assays (LBA), ELISA, and MSD platforms.
- Ability to design, validate, and execute immunoassays according to global standards.
Experience
- 0–3 years of industry experience in bioanalytical Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays jobs.
