The Sr. Officer will be responsible for handling and maintaining microbial cultures, conducting microbiological analysis across multiple sample types, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical microbiology standards. Officer Job at Sun Pharma – Job Responsibilities:
- Handling & Maintenance of microbial cultures
- Isolation & identification of microbial isolates from various sources
- Conducting microbiological analysis tests on Raw materials, in-process, Finished Product, Finished Pack, stability samples, Raw/Potable/Purified water samples, etc.
- Conducting Microbial environmental monitoring of manufacturing Blocks, warehouses, and the Microbiology lab
- Conducting water sampling from specified locations/as per the planner/protocol
- Lab environmental control monitoring, preparation, and sterilization of media, articles, garments, media discard, etc.
- Monitoring, Operation, and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Conducting media qualification by GPT and documentation of analytical data
- Reporting and verification of test results/reports
- Compliance with schedules for microbiological testing and microbial environment monitoring
- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and adequacy of the analysis performed
