Position Summary
The Statistical Programmer I will support one or more Phase I-IV studies programming activities as per the project strategies. The incumbent should be able to work in a team environment implementing and executing the programming and project standards to support ongoing clinical studies and requests for study report, regulatory submission, and ad hoc/post hoc analysis
. The incumbent will work closely with PTL, team members and internal partnering functions to ensure all the programming deliverables are delivered in timely manner with high quality.Key Responsibilities
- Support statistical programming for therapeutic areas or compounds across studies and projects.
- Develop and validate SAS programs for SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards.
- Generate Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) to support study reports and submissions.
- Contribute to the development of macros, CRF annotation, and TLF specifications.
- Support global regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.), including preparation of define.XML, ADRG, ARM, and related documents.
- Participate in quality checks, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage assignments to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of programming experience in processing clinical trial data in pharma, CRO, biotech, or healthcare.
Requirements
- Strong SAS programming skills; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with CDISC standards, clinical trial principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and growth mindset.
- SAS certification preferred.
