Experience:

- Associate Research Scientist: 0–3 years of experience in downstream processing.
- Research Scientist: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in protein purification and downstream processing.
- Proficiency in chromatography techniques (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion).
- Familiarity with analytical methods (SDS-PAGE, HPLC, UV spectroscopy).
- Experience in scale-up and tech transfer is a plus.
- Functional and behavioral competencies: experimental skills, documentation, data reporting, communication, safety adherence, and teamwork.
