ICAR–Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, Bareilly, has announced a walk-in interview for Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II positions. These contractual posts are part of projects focused on tuberculosis diagnosis in goats and zoonotic TB risk assessment in India. Eligible candidates with degrees in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields can apply and attend the interview on 19th September 2025 at IVRI, Bareilly.

- Estimates of Risk and Assessment of zoonotic TB burden in India (ERAzTB) (till Mar 2026).
- Eligibility: Graduate in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
- Desirable: Microbial culture, molecular techniques, animal handling, data analysis.
- Age Limit: 21–45 years (relaxation as per rules).
- Emoluments: ₹30,000/month.
Young Professional-II (01 post)
Project: ERAzTB (till Mar 2026).
- Eligibility: Postgraduate in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences OR Graduate in Agriculture, Animal/Veterinary Sciences.
- Desirable: Master’s degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology with experience in microbial isolation, molecular methods, slaughterhouse-based studies, computer proficiency.
- Age Limit: 21–45 years.
- Emoluments: ₹42,000/month.
