About the Institute:
The School of Computational & Integrative Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions in a DBT-funded project. The project focuses on infrastructure, education, training, and research in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.

Project Associate-1
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine.
Desirable: Two years of experience in Linux-based high-performance Systems administration or developing Bioinformatics-related software tools.
Responsibilities: Helping SCIS faculty manage Bioinformatics products, data analyses, and BIC-funded computing infrastructure.
Salary: Currently Rs. 31,000 + 24% HRA per month.

Project Scientist-I
Qualifications: Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
.Desirable: Two years of experience in large-scale biological data analysis or developing Bioinformatics software tools.
Responsibilities: Conducting research in Bioinformatics and computational technologies, teaching/training, and assisting SCIS faculty in research activities.
Salary: Currently Rs 56,000+24%HRA.
