Walk-in Interview for a Research Job at IVRI: The Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, is conducting a walk-in interview for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the ICAR-NIAP network project on “Production Systems, Agribusiness and Institutions: Impact Assessment of Agricultural Technologies.” This is a temporary research position offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with relevant qualifications and research interest in livestock economics, extension, and animal sciences.
The Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, Uttar Pradesh, is a premier research institution under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics/Livestock Economics or related fields. Candidates with relevant postgraduate degrees and research experience are also eligible
.Desirable Qualifications:
Ph.D. in a relevant field, research experience in livestock data handling, computer knowledge, and publications in related fields.
Emoluments:
Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year, Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year

Terms and Conditions:
- The posts are temporary or purely contractual basis till the termination of the project.
- PI reserves the right to cancel/postpone the interview and terminate the contract due to unsatisfactory performance.
