Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Data Manager to join our global data management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in clinical data management, a solid background with EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred), and experience in study start-up activities. This is a fixed-term, remote role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end clinical data management activities for assigned studies/programs.
• Develop and review Edit Check Specifications (ECS) and validation plans to ensure data quality.
• Oversee study database design, setup, testing, and maintenance in EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Project Management.
• Perform ongoing data review, query management, and issue resolution to ensure timely database lock.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and best practices within the data management function.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to junior data management staff when required.
