Key Responsibilities
- Perform line clearance before dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling, and packing.
- Conduct environment monitoring of cleanroom areas, compressed air, nitrogen gas, and personnel.
- Support process validation, cleaning validation/verification, media fill, hold time studies, and batch sampling as per SOPs.
- Review executed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
- Monitor and review environmental monitoring trends and water system results.
- Ensure accurate issuance, reconciliation, and documentation of EM resources such as plates, samplers, and swabs.
- Review equipment printouts such as CIP, SIP, autoclave, and filter integrity records.
- Participate in media fill simulation studies and qualification activities of the manufacturing area.
- Maintain cGMP compliance and ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc.. in Microbiology

Experience: 1–6 years in environmental monitoring within a sterile manufacturing plant.
