About the Job:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) centralizes processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO partners globally with Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations to deliver strategic and functional support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to scientific writers for publications and medical education deliverables.
- Initiate/amend submissions, manage stakeholder communications, and track project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with publication processes using tools like iEnvision, PromoMats, and DAM.
- Support budget management and external spend tracking.
- Drive compliance-related activities and approvals.
- Collaborate with scientific communication teams at global and local levels.
Key Focus Areas:

People: Maintain relationships with the medical scientific community, develop SBO associates, and leverage new technologies.

Ensure high-quality delivery of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and medical education materials on time. -
Process: Enhance efficiency, maintain scientific standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder: Partner with communication and content teams for end-to-end project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, ability to work independently and in teams.
- Technical Skills: Project management, medical writing/communications, pharma industry exposure, and publication processes.
- Education: Graduate degree (science/life sciences/pharmacy); postgraduate degree desirable.
- Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken).
