Technical Competencies
- Sound knowledge of scientific research methods and the research process

- Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in planning & prioritization
- Curational editing experience and publishing exposure are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Import and create protocols onto protocols.io via editorial service
- Perform quality checks of imported protocols and provide feedback
- Schedule team discussions on quality issues and updates
- Review and update documentation related to quality and training
- Suggest process improvements to enhance output
- Moderate content submissions and new accounts on the platform
- Interact with authors for revisions and platform enhancements
Day at Work
You will support importing and formatting protocols from Springer Nature publications (journals and books) onto protocols.io, oversee QA, moderate submissions, and maintain a successful workflow with researchers and authors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degrees: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech/M.Tech (Life Sciences), M.Sc./B.Sc. (Life Science), BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Ph.D. (Pharma/Life Science)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scientific and medical writing
- Strong quality orientation and ability to apply SOPs and customer requirements
