Quality Analyst Job – Key Responsibilities
As a Process and Quality Analyst, you will:
- Oversee and assist with the import and creation of protocols on protocols.io via the editorial service.
- Perform quality checks of imported protocols and provide structured feedback to team members and authors.
- Conduct weekly team discussions to address quality issues and process updates.
- Handle process-related queries and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Review and update SOPs, training materials, and documentation in response to customer and product feedback.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and user experience.
- Moderate newly submitted content, accounts, and workspaces on the platform.
- Work closely with authors to address revisions and transfer protocol ownership.
Quality Analyst Job – Day at Work
- Import and curate protocols from Springer Nature publications (journals and books).
- Ensure QA oversight on imported protocols and submissions via the entry service system.
- Moderate new submissions, assess accounts, and maintain reference documents.
- Provide author feedback to the team for platform improvements.
- Support the team in building a reliable pipeline for posting and formatting protocols.
Quality Analyst Job – Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. in Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Scientific and Medical Writing.
- Strong understanding of research methods and processes.
- Hands-on experience with the protocols.io platform preferred.
- Skills in literature reviewing, editing, analytical interpretation, and curation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and focus on detail.
- Publishing or curatorial editing experience – desirable but not mandatory.
