Project Assistant Job Description
INST invites applications from motivated candidates for the position of Project Assistant in a DIHAR-funded research project. The selected candidate will contribute to experimental studies focusing on food preservation and agricultural research, with an emphasis on enhancing shelf life using advanced atmosphere control techniques.
Project Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting laboratory research experiments.
- Work on techniques for food preservation and controlled atmospheric storage.
- Support project documentation and research reporting.
- Coordinate with the research team under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.
Fellowship & Duration

Fellowship: ₹20,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable).

Duration: Initially for 3 months, extendable based on performance and funding availability (up to 5 months).
