PhD Life Sciences Research Job – Position Details
- Post: Research Associate-I (One post)
- Emoluments: ₹58,000/- + HRA per month (as per DBT/DST norms)
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Plant Biology, Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- Must meet DST-OM guidelines (No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022, dated June 26, 2023)
- Desirable Experience:
- Strong background in Molecular Biology and Gene Function Analysis
- Experience in Plant Transformation techniques
- Publications in peer-reviewed SCI journals preferred
Tenure & Conditions
- Initial appointment: One year, extendable depending on project and performance
- The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
- No claim for regularization at NIPGR
- Appointment may be terminated with one month’s notice from either side
