Project Scientist Vacancies 2025 – Details
Post 01: Project Research Scientist-III
- Vacancies: 02
- Project: BRIC-Bio Foundry – A Bio Enabler at the NCR Biocluster
- PI: Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya
- Salary: ₹78,000/- + HRA
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Eligibility:
- Postgraduate degree (including integrated PG) in Life Sciences with 5 years post-qualification experience, or
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences with 2 years post-qualification experience
- Areas of Experience:
- Molecular biology techniques (nucleic acid purification, amplification, cloning, sequencing, bioinformatics tools)
- Construct a design for cell line development
- Stable cell line development, transfection, recombinant antibody/protein production
- Protein purification techniques (affinity, SEC, IEX chromatography)
- Equipment operation & maintenance, SOP development
- Regulatory compliance, GMP standards, quality control, risk assessment
- Industry experience in upstream/downstream processing is desirable
Post 02: Project Scientist-I
- Vacancies: 01
- Project: Targeted Host Genes-Response Profiling for Early Diagnosis of Sepsis
- PI: Dr. Krishnamohan Atmakuri
- Salary: ₹75,000/- per month
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences from a recognized university
- Desirable Skills:
- Bioinformatics analyses for metagenomes, whole genomes (Nanopore) & Nanostring
- Strong wet lab experience (RNA extraction, QC, Nanostring workflow)
- Clinical coordination for sample collection & processing
- Data compilation, report preparation, and presentations
