About the job
- Skill set to support Upstream process development, Process Scale up, Process characterization for mAb manufacturing
- Develop and establish scalable and robust processes to meet desired product yield and quality
- Assess risks and plan for risk mitigation strategies during process development and scale-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D and other departments for technical discussions
- Participate in technology transfer activities and provide support for regulatory dossier and filings
- Stay updated on advancements in science and technology, and possess statistical knowledge for QbD and DOE concepts
- Thorough data analysis for supporting technical decisions
- Recording and reviewing of raw data in accordance with GDP principles
- Prepare work presentations, write technical documents, and coordinate lab activities
Special requirement:
The candidate must possess technical expertise in ONE of the following areas:
- Omics technologies – Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis
- Bioprocess modeling – Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells
- CFD – Computational fluid dynamics to better understand and simulate bioreactor mixing
