Job Description

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst at Accenture, you will support the Life Sciences R&D vertical, which covers laboratories, clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient solutions. The role involves case management, safety reporting, MedDRA coding, and compliance with global drug safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage affiliate mailbox, reconcile reports, and perform written follow-ups.
  • Process ICSRs in safety databases per global regulatory standards.
  • Handle case identification, data entry, coding, submission, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity issues independently.
  • Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on progress.
  • Contribute as an individual team member with moderate supervision.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required.
