Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech (any field including biotechnology) or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biological Science, Physical Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Sciences, Data Science, or Information Technology from any recognized University/Institute.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Understanding of research funding mechanisms.
- Experience in data management.
- OR Administrative experience within the context of a research funding organisation or a university.
- OR Experience in Research Management or Funding Agencies.
- Experience in managing research laboratory.
Job Description:
- Maintain up-to-date data on reagents and instruments in the lab.
- Coordinate between lab and NII administration, stores and accounts.
- Manage details of research grants and liaise with funding agencies.
- Managing the functioning of the lab.
- Candidates having relevant experience in the above areas will be preferred.
Emoluments:
The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience.
Rs. 30,000/- per month (Fixed)
General Terms & Conditions:
- The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.
- No hostel/housing facility will be provided.
- Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH and attach documentary proof of the same.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.
- Apart from sending application in the prescribed format given below, candidates should send complete Curriculum Vitae along with the names of three referees. Curriculum Vitae should contain details of the experimental expertise and list of publications.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- The Interviews will be held in offline/online mode.
