Nestlé QA Executive – Job Purpose:
- Responsible for managing and organizing laboratory operations of the respective section, including all aspects of analytical-related activities such as TAT and budget preparation.
- Execute first-line supervision of laboratory personnel to ensure accurate & reliable results. Responsible for cross-checking and validating results for release to customers.
- Develop and maintain an effective laboratory workforce by improving work methods and analytical competence.
- Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and the Nestlé Quality System within NQAC Moga.
Nestlé QA Executive – Roles and Responsibilities
Laboratory Management
- Supervise and manage laboratory teams, ensuring KPIs and safety regulations are met.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate analytical work with timely reporting.
- Troubleshoot instruments and oversee preventive maintenance as per AMC/CMC plans.
- Manage inventory, chemicals, consumables, and gas cylinders.
- Liaise with factories and divisions to optimize resources and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies.
Quality System
- Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and Nestlé Quality System standards.
- Validate analytical methods, maintain management system documentation, and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring GLP compliance and corrective actions.
- Safeguard impartiality and confidentiality of laboratory activities.
Proficiency Testing
- Ensure compliance with internal and external proficiency testing requirements.
- Identify and manage Inter-Laboratory Comparisons (ILCs).
Accurate & Timely Results
- Oversee workload planning, analysis, and authorization of analytical results.
- Develop, verify, and validate new methods and SOPs.
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and software updates for laboratory equipment.
- Conduct vertical method audits and ensure continuous improvements.
LIMS System Management
- Operate and troubleshoot SAP LIMS and LACES systems.
- Manage QC codes, analytical reports, and data archival.
- Oversee consumables preparation and management.
