Job Title: Executive – QC Microbiology
Location: Nayandanahalli, Bangalore

Salary Range: ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Perform media preparation and all routine microbiology testing.
• Conduct Device Sterility Test, LAL/Pyrogen Test, Bioburden Test (Finished Product & Raw Material).
• Perform Fumigation and related tests, Water System Validation, Environmental Monitoring, and Microorganism Identification.
• Carry out Finger Dab Tests, Swab Tests (Area & Cleanroom Coat), GPT Test, Subculturing, and BI Tests.
• Support Autoclave Validation and ensure microbiology lab material indenting, follow-up, and testing.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, protocols, checklists, formats, and test reports as required.
• Monitor and maintain records of temperature, pressure, RH, and cleaning schedules for the microbiology lab.
Qualifications
• M.Sc. in Microbiology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QC Microbiology (interns with strong knowledge may also be considered).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret standards and guidelines and implement effectively.
• Results-driven, with the ability to deliver tasks within short timelines.
