Education:
B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Genetics/Microbiology
Experience:
3 to 5 years of work experience developing mammalian cell lines in biopharma/biotech or relevant contract research labs.
Job Description:
- Perform cloning-related activity with different technologies.
- Carry out Cell line development for Biosimilar (Mabs/Bispecific/Fusion proteins/ADC)
- Experience in transient transfections at large scales
- Management of vendors for laboratory requirements
- Management of in-house inventories
- Planning the structure and execution of experiments and analysis of Data
