Job Description:
The Project Associate-II will work on the DBT-funded project titled “Geometry Directed Functional Programming of Peptide-based Drug Delivery” (BT/PR51306/NER/95/1993/2023) under the guidance of Dr. T R Santhosh Kumar. The candidate will contribute to research involving mammalian cell culture, bioimaging, and biochemical assays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments involving mammalian cell culture.
- Perform bioimaging and biochemical assays as per project requirements.
- Assist in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Follow standard laboratory practices and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Support the research team in achieving project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Essential: First Class Postgraduate Degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry from a recognized University.
- Desirable: Prior experience in animal experiments and histology.
- Minimum 2 years of documented research experience in relevant areas.
- Age below 35 years as of September 15, 2025 (relaxation as per Govt. norms).
Emoluments & Benefits:
- ₹35,000 + 18% HRA per month.
