QC Executive / QC Specialist at Ichor Biologics

Qualification: MSc Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or any related field

Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee QC biologics assays including but not limited to:
- Instrumentation-based assays, potency/activity based assays, biochemical assays, and ELISA techniques.
- Cell-based test methods, immunochemical, physico-chemical tests.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments: HPLC, spectrophotometer, microplate reader, microscope, and other basic QC instruments.
- Execute ELISA test methods, electrophoretic assays, biochemical group assays.
- Handle test method development, validation or transfer as needed.
- Contribute to preparing, reviewing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, work instructions, and other QC documentation.
- Identify, investigate and document Out of Specification (OOS), incident deviations, change controls, and non-conformance events as per QMS.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Use relevant software tools for data acquisition, analysis, reporting and record keeping.
- Be systematic in approach: maintain organized lab records, schedules, and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. QA, Manufacturing) as needed.
