- Qualification: M. Sc in Biological Science
- Experience: 3-6 years of Industrial experience in DMPK/ADME research
Job Purpose
Support the ADME team by conducting various assays and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a laboratory-based role that requires time management and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute metabolic stability, CYP inhibition assays
- Design and conduct in vitro single-point inhibition, reversible CYPIC50 inhibition, and TDI-IC50 shift assays
- Coordinate with the BA-DMPK group for study designs
- Prepare SOPs and EOPs
- Report study results in scientific meetings
Technical/Functional Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of in vitro ADME assays
- Experience in troubleshooting assays
- Good knowledge of software such as Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism
- Cross-functional leadership capabilities
