Qualification:
PhD/Postdoc in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology
Experience:

Job Description
As a Specialist in Molecular Biology, you will independently design and execute innovative molecular biology strategies to produce engineered antibodies, enzymes, structural proteins, reagent proteins, and mutant strains. This position offers the chance to lead high-impact projects, mentor a team of molecular biologists, and collaborate across departments to drive scientific advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute molecular biology projects, including antibody and protein engineering.
- Apply expertise in gene synthesis, cloning, vector design, and mutagenesis.
- Develop CRISPR-based prokaryotic mutants and sequence the antibody gene.
- Perform sequence data analysis, real-time PCR, and gene expression studies.
- Manage plasmid production, purification, and strain/metabolic engineering.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a molecular biology team to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management and clients.
