Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology, or M.Tech Biotechnology.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop mycorrhiza by ROC method
- Conduct basic tissue culture procedures
- Prepare growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture
- Identify and purify beneficial microbes from soil and other sources
- Maintain pH levels, check media contamination, and ensure compliance with FCO parameters
- Prepare and test inoculums according to FCO parameters
- Handle CIP & SIP of the fermenter
- Conduct fungi and bacteria fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSF
- Formulate biofertilizers and biopesticides in various forms
- Analyze raw materials and finished products according to FCO parameters
- Operate instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge & pH meter
