Job Role
As an Associate in the Microbiology laboratory at Baxter Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, preparing and maintaining SOPs, handling investigations, and supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and review SOPs, protocols, and documents for microbiology as per cGMP standards.
- Report non-conformities to QA and supervisors, and ensure timely closure of CAPA/NCR/LIR.
- Conduct investigations of non-conformities and escalate cGMP violations when required.
- Coordinate with QA/QC/QMS/Audit & Compliance teams for process improvements.
- Prepare specifications, methods of analysis, and error-free documents as per regulatory guidelines.
- Handle external and internal audits, ensuring effective CAPA implementation.
- Train personnel on microbiology and QMS requirements.
Eligibility & Skills
- Degree in Microbiology or related life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, QMS, and microbiology testing methods.
- Ability to work with SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of handling audits effectively.
