Microbiology Internship Opportunity for Biology Students!
Are you a postgraduate or undergraduate biology student with experience in microbial cultivation, isolation, and biochemical testing?
We invite you to join a hands-on internship focused on real-world microbiology experiments.
Internship Activities Include:
● How bacteria become resistant to antibiotics
● Investigating the antimicrobial properties of spices
● Understanding fermentation
● Growing microorganisms in petri dishes
● Testing and identifying unknown bacteria
Your Role:
● Perform above mentioned lab experiments
● Standardise the procedures
● Document the observations and results in the form of a learning module
Minimum Duration: 2 months
Location: Center for Creative Learning – IIT Gandhinagar [CCL], IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Stipend: 2000 INR/week (Food and accommodation charges have to be borne by the candidate)
A certificate will be provided upon completion of the internship.
