About the Role
Sanofi is looking for a highly motivated Associate Project Specialist to join its Business Operations team in Hyderabad. This role is designed for professionals who want to contribute
to global medical operations, streamline processes, and build internal expertise within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. Engage in a Life Sciences Specialist position and see your career grow.As an Associate Project Specialist, you will act as a key liaison between business partners, medical leads, and local teams to ensure accurate handling of healthcare professional (HCP) data. Your role will also include performing quality checks, supporting remediation processes, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvements in systems and workflows, all crucial for the Life Sciences Project Specialist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Partners, Country Medical Leads, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate HCP data transfer to the Tiering system.
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot errors, and provide remediation support, aligning with Life Sciences Project Specialist duties.
- Assess HCP and non-HCP tiering documents and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate report compilation, monitor data quality, and prepare verification reports.
- Manage centralized mailbox requests, prioritize tasks, and provide process training.
- Analyze expert credentials to determine appropriate tier levels and fair market value compensation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide quarterly scientific expert engagement reports.
About You
- Experience: 1–2 years in pharmaceutical/life sciences companies.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields (B.Pharm/M.Pharm preferred). Ideal for those seeking Life Sciences Project Specialist roles.
