Available Positions:
1. Research Associate-I
- No. of Posts: 1
- Emoluments: ₹58,000 + 27% HRA per month
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Biological/ Life Sciences with NET/DBT guidelines as per DST OM No: DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26/06/2023. Preference will be given to candidates with publication records and experience in genetic transformation and gene editing in Brassica crops.
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Emoluments: ₹42,000 + 27% HRA per month
- Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology with two years’ research experience and NET/GATE/DBT-INSPIRE qualifications. Preference will be given to candidates with strong academic records and expertise in plant molecular biology.
3. Project Associate-I
- No. of Posts: 1
- Emoluments: ₹25,000 + 27% HRA per month
- Qualifications: Master’s in Plant Biology/ Botany/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Agriculture/ Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics with ≥55% marks, meeting DST guidelines (OM No: SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated July 10, 2020).
Key Notes:
- Positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- The appointment is initially for one year or the project duration, whichever is shorter, with the possibility of extension.
- Candidates must bring a filled application form, self-attested copies of certificates, original degree, and proof of experience.
