As an R&D Quality Specialist, you will:
- Manage user access for critical applications, including provisioning, modification, and deactivation, in accordance with compliance standards.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials and user guides for application usage and QA processes.
- Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for application management and QA workflows.
- Provide end-user onboarding support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve access issues and coordinate enhancements.
- Oversee document management and archival, ensuring GXP compliance.
- Handle CAPAs, change controls, and investigations, ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Quality Specialist Job at Novartis – Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in QA, IT support, document management, or regulated pharma roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compliance, data integrity, and document management.
- Proficiency in SOP authorship, quality event ownership, and CAPA handling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience with pharma application onboarding, training, and audit preparation.
