An Associate, Site Manager plays a crucial role in managing site operations for clinical trials. Life Science Jobs at Johnson require ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulations, overseeing site initiation, monitoring activities, and assisting in site close-out. Collaborating closely with the Local Trial
Manager and Clinical Trial Assistant, the Associate, Site Manager contributes to the overall success of clinical trials.Principal Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary local company contact for assigned sites
- Participating in site feasibility and qualification visits
- Completing site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
- Ensuring training of site staff and maintaining data accuracy
- Collaborating on recruitment strategies and contingency planning
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA or BS degree in Life Sciences, or related field
- 1+ year of clinical trial monitoring experience
- Working knowledge of GCP, SOPs, and local regulations
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in English
Primary Relationships:
