Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
- Perform microbiological tests, bacterial endotoxin tests, and sterility testing as per SOP.
- Conduct bio-burden testing for raw and packing materials, and stability sample analysis.
- Document all activities contemporaneously and maintain compliance.
- Test water samples for physicochemical, biochemical, and chemical parameters.
- Carry out environmental monitoring in manufacturing lines.
- Perform Gram staining, media growth promotion tests, and method validations.
- Coordinate with the technical team for machine-related abnormalities affecting product quality.
- Prepare and maintain standard cultures, update media stock records, and reconcile requirements.
- Support OOS, QMS, and other quality system elements towards timely closure.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors, HOD, or management as needed.
