About the Job:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal organization supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO partners globally with Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations to deliver strategic and functional support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to scientific writers, ensuring end-to-end delivery of publications and medical education deliverables.
- Support submission processes, compliance, and approvals using tools such as iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA.
- Build project plans, track timelines, manage risks, and follow up on stakeholder meetings.
- Support publication budgets and external spend tracking.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts within timelines.
- Collaborate with global and local scientific communication and content enhancement teams.
Key Areas:
- People: Build strong relationships with the medical and scientific community and internal teams.
- Performance: Ensure timely delivery of scientific publications and medical education materials.
- Process: Support high scientific standards, efficient workflows, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder: Partner with communication and content teams for seamless project delivery.
About You:
- Experience: Up to 2 years post-qualification.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, teamwork, and independence.
- Technical Skills: Project management, medical writing, pharma industry exposure, and publication processes.
- Education: Graduate degree (preferably in science/life sciences/pharmacy). Postgraduate degree desirable.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.
